Axis Engineering and Management Services began in 2016 as Kali Pachhain Engineering Consultant and Construction Company, and took its present name under the Companies Act of Nepal in March 2018.

We provide multi-disciplinary consulting in civil engineering, project management, construction supervision, detailed project reports, design and drafting, property valuation, environmental assessment and survey — with dedicated, highly qualified engineers and support staff.

Building Design & Construction

Design and build of houses and commercial buildings on turnkey contract: architectural and structural design, cost estimate and BoQ, construction, supervision, quality control, value engineering and interior work.

Roads & Bridges

Detailed survey, design and estimation of rural low-cost and urban roads, highways, bridges and bus parks.

Water Supply & Sanitation

Survey, design, estimation and supervision of water supply schemes, treatment plants, wastewater and solid waste management.

Irrigation & Hydrology

Irrigation schemes, hydrological studies, rainfall-runoff modelling, flood analysis, river training and drainage design.

Survey & Mapping

Topographic and cadastral survey with total station, GPS and drone photogrammetry; transmission line survey.

Property Valuation

Land & building, plant, machinery and vehicle valuation for banks — RoW verified from GLD maps, drone imagery and QR-linked reports.

Contract Management

Site and contract management, extension of time, variation orders and claims, quality assurance, planning and scheduling.

Environmental Studies

IEE and EIA studies, environmental protection and management plans, monitoring, audit and local adaptation plans (LAPA).
