Axis designs and builds houses, commercial buildings and institutional buildings across Nepal. Construction is carried out by Axis Builders, our own construction team, with engineers on site and every stage planned, inspected and recorded. Take the whole job to us as a turnkey design-and-build contract, or any part of it: architectural and structural design, cost estimate and BoQ, construction, or supervision and quality control of a contractor you have chosen.

Detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and rate analysis on current market and district rates — for budgeting, bank loans or tendering.
Every building we construct goes through the same stages. Each construction stage is inspected against its own checklist and signed off by our engineer, and anything that fails is put right before we move on.
Each stage has its own inspection checklist. Critical items such as reinforcement, cover and concrete strength cannot be waved through, a signed inspection cannot be altered afterwards, and every defect is tracked until it is fixed.
The job is planned stage by stage, and stage by stage we record how far it has got, so you always know where your building is against the plan.
Every material order and every delivery is recorded: what was ordered, what arrived, the quantity checked at site and the agreed rate, before any bill is paid.
You pay against the agreed stages. Every payment you make gets a Payment Received receipt that you confirm, and we can send you an updated account statement by email.
Specialist work is given out on written agreements with agreed rates. Their work is measured by our site engineer and certified by the project manager before they are paid.
