These Terms govern your access to and use of the Axis EMS platform (the "Service") provided by Axis Engineering & Management Services Pvt. Ltd. By logging in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is for authorised staff of Axis and its business operations only. Your login credentials are personal and confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account and must not share your password.
You agree not to access data or areas you are not authorised to use, not to misuse client or company information, and to comply with all company policies and applicable laws.
You acknowledge that logins are recorded (device, browser, IP and approximate location) for security, and that your location may be collected during working hours (while checked in) for operational purposes.
You agree to enter accurate and up-to-date information and to keep client and file records truthful.
The Service, its software, design and content are owned by Axis. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service except as needed for your authorised work.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be suspended or revoked for violation of these Terms or company policy, or for security reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
